We would love to welcome you to Sandy Springs Campground!! Our campground is located in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains along the Ohio River. Nestled up to Shawnee State Forrest it offers a peaceful and scenic location. Easily accessed from the scenic State Highway 52 in Adams County Ohio. We have 40 full hookup campsites, cabin and camper rentals. The main attraction is our beautiful view, pull up one of our Adirondack chairs, sit and watch the river traffic go by. Enjoy a campfire with the moon rising over the river, reflecting the foothills of Kentucky. Listen to the peaceful sounds of the train roll by the Kentucky side of the river. Hear the toads chirp, watch Eagles soar and see the fireflies light up the night. Some of our amenities include private shower rooms, playground, laundry room, scheduled activities in the summer and a hiking trail located directly across the road.
